This is a great way to keep you updated on our vacancies, neighborhood news, or anything we feel may be of importance. Tenant news… Currently, all upcoming vacancies have approved applications. There is always the possibility that we could get other vacancies we don’t currently know about, so keep referring family, friends and coworkers. That $100 referral fee we offer is always nice to get! If you have not already taken advantage of our online rent payment feature, we would like to invite you to do so. Not only is it very convenient…you are in complete control of when your payment is made. You can go in each month to pay it, or set it up to be automatically deducted on a certain date. Totally your choice. Your information is very secure and no one but you has access to it. We would be glad to send you a link to this feature.
