Lord & Associates has been locally owned and managed since being founded in 1974.

We have worked hard in building our reputation for high-quality duplex housing in the communities east of the Kansas City Metropolitan area.

We strive for 100% resident satisfaction and are proud to have a number of long-term residents. When past residents return to our area, they are happy to rent from us again. Many of our residents refer their family members, friends or acquaintances to rent our duplex “homes”. We combine personal service and technology to streamline the rental process, showing vacancies online and providing for secure online rent payments.

Our Mission

We take pride in our properties. We feel our Tenants deserve to move into a home that is clean and well maintained…and our full time, professional staff is on hand to resolve maintenance requests in a timely manner. In addition, a strong network of vendors help us to maintain our properties at the highest level.
